  2. I'll return at our agreed upon date and time with property comparables (both Sold and Active) to review and decide on the price.  We'll also discuss the timeline for putting your home on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
  3. Install Lockbox
  4. Schedule for a Home Staging Consultation
  5. Schedule the Professional Home Measuring company with Floorplan so that we are RMS (Residential Measurement Standard) compliant.
  6. Schedule the Professional Photographer so that potential Buyers will want to view your home.
  7. Schedule the Pre-listing Inspection
  8. Create quality Feature Sheets for when Buyers tour your home.
  9. Create a Target Market Strategy which includes:
    • Unique URL
    • Facebook Ad
    • Property Blog
    • Century 21 Showcase website
      • Uses High-Resolution photos
      • Easier to use than Realtor.ca
      • Walk Score
      • Commute Time
      • Google Street View
  10. Send the property to all internet portals (Realtor.ca, Century 21, etc.)
